EclipseMC is a Java (Bedrock coming soon!) Factions server created by two players who were tired of Pay-2-Win, gambling, and server managements who were disconnected from their communities. Eclipse is different; it'll be a community-driven server where our goal is to ensure the best possible experience for our players, meaning no gambling and P2W kept to a minimum. We want this server to be for both Factions veterans and new players who want to get into Factions, so we're making sure there are proper tutorials and guides in place for the new players and that the server stays true to the Factions experience. What can Eclipse offer?

We will be a community-driven server that stays true to the Factions experience. Many other servers simply exist to profit and never try and evolve Factions as a gamemode. Eclipse will be different and will bring you the #1 Factions experience with a constantly evolving server to ensure that everything we produce is unique and what the players are looking for. Whilst we can't currently go into lots of detail about features, we can tell you to keep an eye out for Feature Highlight posts, which will show off what the server can offer. These will ramp up nearer to launch, but there may still be a few that release soon. If you have any suggestions for what you'd like to see on Eclipse (at launch or in future seasons), please head to either the forums on our website or the suggestions channel on our Discord server. As we've said, this server will be community-driven and we need your feedback and suggestions to achieve the best possible experience.

How can I support the server?

At the moment, the best thing you can do to support the server is get the message out there and make people aware of us. Some ways of doing this are making social media posts, following us on social media. using our vote links, which will give you priority for getting into our Closed Season 0 Test (more on this further down!), and telling your friends. Once the server launches, the most obvious method would be supporting us by purchasing items on our store, but that will only be available once the server actually launches. Until then, please help us get the message out there and offer us suggestions for anything you'd like to see.

So, when can I play?

Well, not yet. We're expecting to launch the server in June 2025 for Java players, but Bedrock players will have to wait a little longer to gain access as we need to ensure that we can financially maintain Bedrock support and make sure that everything is stable for Bedrock players. Around May, we will be offering a Closed Season 0 Test, where players can apply to play in Season 0 of Eclipse in order to make sure everything works in a live environment.

We're really excited about EclipseMC and can't wait for you to play it. Remember, anything you see up to launch, play in Season 0, or play at launch is only our first version of Eclipse and we will constantly update the server every season. We are really stoked to evolve the server with the community at the heart of it and evolve the Factions experience. We can't wait to see you online!
